LISTPICS
V1.4
Copyright (c) Kevin Solway, 1997
- Freeware -
This program will create an HTML file called PICLIST.HTM
containing a list of all the graphic files in a directory,
sorted in alphabetic order. You can then load this generated
HTM file into a web browser (eg, Netscape or Internet Explorer)
to view all the graphics. This is useful when you want to
select from a large number of graphics you have collected.
Ideal tool for viewing animated Gifs.
For Windows 3.1 or Windows 95.
This new version will now split very large listings of files
into a number of separate files to speed loading into your
browser.
Usage: Just run the program, select a directory, hen press
"Create HTM list file" to create the file PICLIST.HTM in that
directory. Then load that file into your browser.
You can also call the program with the directory you want to
list as a command line parameter. For example,
LISTPICS C:\INTERNET\GRAPHICS
This will automatically generate the HTML list file.
You may need to copy the CTL3DV2.DLL file into your system
directory if you don't already have a copy there.
